The work environment is very lively. You get ample chance to express your thoughts, and the management listens to your opinions. The dress code is wearing what you like, and amenities for spending leisure time are wonderful.
The senior given is based upon the goodness of relationship people have with senior management.
Many able people are left behind when it comes to giving raises.
Training modules have to be redesigned once again, especially for people who join the testing field from a non-IT background.
