Good work culture, exciting work, and friendly people.
This does depend on what team/franchise you end up on.
Friendly people.
Unfortunately, although contractors work a full-time position there, they don't get benefits or reasonable pay compared to FT employees until they are converted (which takes a few years unless there is an open role or the contractor is exceptional).
It is also quite in your face when you're not a full-time employee, which is quite immature.
Could improve on employee retention.
