Dream job working with great people, but the money could be better for QA testers
The environment was great and laid back. Who wouldn't want to say they work on video games and get paid for it?
QA testers get paid very little and work lots of overtime, especially as you get closer to finishing a project.
Laying off great, hardworking employees doesn't seem to make you look good, especially when you then go with contract workers that you pay almost nothing.
Stop laying off good, quality employees!!!
