Pros
  • Low-level people are nice.
  • The environment is fun.
  • Daily fresh fruits and vegetables are provided.
  • It's an entry-level position, so anyone can apply and work.
Cons
  • Bad management.
  • No one listens to criticism.
  • Salaries are pretty bad; you can get higher salaries for less stress.
  • You have to work overtime constantly to make a livable wage.
  • Company culture is interested in keeping you at the bottom. If you're good at what you do, you get to keep doing it until you quit.
  • Management promotes only people who are aggressive and yell a lot, or who are friends.
  • Whenever a real issue arises (scandalous things like harassment), management prefers to brush it under the rug and solve it with promises that never happen.
Advice to Management

Care more about who you're hiring, how you're treating them, and what you're paying them.
