The kitchen is nice. You can find fruits and tea or other refreshments.
The building design is overall nice, but the workplace is a mess.
The worst workplace I had ever had. The management in Bucharest is completely trash. You don't evolve at all, no one knows anything, and there is also a lot of discrimination towards minorities. Colleagues are rude, team leads are there for nothing, it's like they don't exist, and so on. It's like a jungle. The salary is very small for an 8-hour shift. There is no need to stress employees with overtime; it's not a modern slavery factory. There is no need for people to work like robots.
Please, bring some normality and equality to the Bucharest headquarter as well. It's incredible to see how things are going in other countries. I would never recommend it even to an enemy.
The interview had some tests that gave very little time to respond. The level is VERY high; they don't mess around. If the level of demand is like this for the salary they offer, I'm sorry, but no. Furthermore, they don't say if you passed or not. Yo
Phase I: Aptitude test on the field you are applying for. Looked at portfolio work as well, if applicable. Phase II: Sit down interview which required thoughtful and tactful responses.
Apply online. Wait about 2 days to 1 week. Someone will call and give a date for an interview. You can dress casually; most people in the interview are in their 20s. A presentation is given, and a game is played/demoed, giving the group a chance t
