Low career opportunities as a temp employee. Hardly any benefits as a temp employee (lack of recognition).
Since the majority of the testers are temporary employees, it would be nice to see that the long-term temps are compensated a bit more adequately and also receive some of the benefits and/or recognition that permanents enjoy.
