Good Start, Low Pay
- Probably the only place where experience is not required.
- It's a good place to start your career in this field.
- They have been working from home since the pandemic.
- They provide laptops for WFH.
- It's not too much stress; it depends on what project you're on.
Very low salaries:
- As a Tester 1, you receive around 1500 RON, and 1800 RON as a Tester 2.
- Periodic evaluations are extremely rare, not like in the book.
- It is very difficult to get promoted if you do not know people with higher positions.
I would suggest much more attention when hiring leads.
Many new leads do not know what planet they live on.
