The managers and the company treat the employees very well. The pay is decent, in line with the market. The office closes for a week between Christmas and New Year's, so it's like getting an additional week of paid vacation. The work is mostly interesting.
The product and project managers sometimes have too much confidence in the judgment and competence of the team leads, and some very poor decisions get executed by those team leads. Sometimes deadlines are missed, or you have to work late to fix problems resulting from such bad team lead decisions.
Generally, keep doing what you're doing, except, perhaps, occasionally solicit feedback from the team members on what they think of their team lead.
Rather fast. It took one week from the application to the interview. The HR people were really nice and everything went smooth. During the interview, I was asked mainly C++ underlying structure questions.
Got an HR interview one day after application. They asked me if I could do the interview ASAP. Scheduled an H&M interview one day later. After introductions, I was asked the question: "Why us?" The hiring manager was quite arrogant and not happy
It was a 3-round process. All rounds were 1 hour. The questions were basic. In the final round, there was a question from system design. Whatsapp design and Google Cloud design. Print ping pong using Go routines.
