Good compensation package, and very good amenities in the building.
Burnaby is not as vibrant as downtown Vancouver.
The company is large, and you have to work hard to get noticed.
Encourage more opportunities for engineers to innovate, even though the shared engine handles most of the heavy lifting.

Senior Software Engineer
I was asked to implement a hands-on game coding on a laptop within a 3-hour timeframe. After finishing it, the HR mentioned that it would be submitted to the UK team, who would review it. This process may take up to one week.
