A pro is that the benefits (insurance) at Electronic Arts are really good, and the vacation time is good here too.
The management is constantly changing around here, a revolving door situation. The compensation is really not that great either.
Stop changing management so frequently.

Applied through a job portal in November. Didn't get any response for a couple of months. Reached out to one of the recruiters on LinkedIn and finally got a telephonic interview scheduled. Didn't get any feedback on the interview for a couple of days

Rather fast. It took one week from the application to the interview. The HR people were really nice and everything went smooth. During the interview, I was asked mainly C++ underlying structure questions.
