The best part of working for EA is the fun corporate events (at least at our studio).
In terms of the work, you get to be involved in games that will be played by millions of people.
The company is split up into many distant teams, and working with another team can be a pain.
In addition, you get to read about boring financials every day in your inbox.
Focus less on making money and more on making better games.
