Great benefits and perks. Depending on the people and project, it's one of the best places to work. New management is quite forward with the employees, and the company is doing extremely well. Really casual environment, beer Fridays, lunches, BBQs. Interesting work. Easy to move around and try new things.
On the wrong project, it can be awful. A lot of people work here; you might not mesh with all of them. Some of the projects feel like a waste of time. There's a lot of middle management, and everyone wants their fingers in the pot. Some really minor issues have a ton of red tape and need lots of approval.
Keep being open with the employees. Cut out some of the red tape.
Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
Starting with a phone screening with HR, followed by an interview with the technical director. Then a technical interview with team members and a behavioral interview with a producer and a project manager.
A first screening with the recruiter to talk about the position. An interview with the software engineering lead, and then three more rounds of interviews. One of them was "culture add" and then two technical interviews, which were pretty similar.
