Higher-ups are very business-oriented (if you're not into that).
Code for games is very large, and it's tough to make changes.
Care more about making players happy, and the money will naturally flow to you. If you try to focus on making money, the fans will leave, and so will their money.

Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
