Flexible work time, a very comfortable workplace, and a gym.
Very nice people to work with and fun to work on games.
Too much overtime sometimes. In a big company, it is slow to get a promotion. The pay is alright, but the increase is too slow.
Manager changed too often. It's not easy to focus on your career since you need to switch teams like every year.
