Good work environment. Crunch time exists, but it's not as often as others purport it to be. I really enjoyed working with my team and felt like everything I was working on was important.
With any large company, there are bureaucracy issues.

Software Engineer
Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
