Technical growth is very limited, as the Hyderabad office is just a back office. All major work is done in other studios; only non-important and maintenance work is done in the Hyderabad office.
There is no job security, as onsite management changes decisions very frequently, which results in layoffs very often.
Please do proper planning before hiring. Do not lay off people frequently. The company already has a bad name in the market due to this.
