- Excellent colleagues (knowledge-wise and fun-wise).
- Decent work; it can get repetitive at times, but you end up with something new every time.
- Good work culture.
- If you are a good performer, you do end up getting nice stock options.
Can get monotonous work at times (totally depends on project though).
- Get more good projects, i.e., technically challenging.
