For those coming from a fast-paced startup environment, EA may not be for you. This is my personal experience, but I don't feel the same closeness and connection with the team as I did while working in a startup environment, nor the same passion for the product. This is not the team's fault; everyone on it is amiable and helpful, but a by-product of EA's size.
