- If you are switching to EA, compensation is based on your previous salary rather than the bracket you should be falling into.
- Longer Zoom calls due to US-based working hours.

Reduce unnecessary work calls after a specific time.

Stop judging a candidate in the name of "Diversity." A lot of leniency is given to "Diverse" candidates compared to other genders during the hiring process. While I support diversity, choosing an average candidate over a good one just because of diversity doesn't seem right in my view.
