I worked for 2 months as an intern, and EA gave me a good idea about how software companies work. People were generally good and helpful, and they helped me grow as an intern.
In contrast to the cons below, I must admit I have a positive outlook for future growth (I worked at the Hyderabad office) as they are growing very fast and much of the cons might just be transitional pains. Maybe all you need is a little patience before you see awesome salaries and challenging work (even for an intern).
The employees they have aren't all that bright, and there were instances when you as an intern knew more than them. Also, their salaries aren't that great either.
Look elsewhere if pay is your priority.
