Had several team build events during summer intern.
Working time is flexible.
Working environment is very good.
Bosses are very kind.
Since I had only stayed 3 months, I did not find too many cons about the studio I worked at.
I am fine with the current management style. In my team, there is no micro-management; bosses are very nice.

Had an interview with 4 different rounds. First round was HR. Then a tech round with the managers, and then 2 panel rounds. It was a bitter ending; I did not get an offer.
