Unfortunately, I have no positives. Tomorrow is my last day at EA, and I couldn't be happier to leave.
Lack of diversity, bad senior leadership team, disorganization, discrimination, and extremely low pay.
Reorganize your senior leadership with a team more involved in the industry and reduce headcount for salary positions that make no sense.
