There were only 2 rounds. The first was with the manager, more of a behavioral round, and the second was with an engineer about technical questions. There were no coding questions involved, as they don't like to do it.

I was referred by an employee. Submitted my resume. Had three phone interviews: two technical and one cultural fit. Then an on-site interview, which covered both tech and soft skills. Received an offer letter within a week.

First Interview: 30 min interview with HR person. (Basic questions like my background, work experience, visa status.) Second Interview: 1-hour technical interview with an engineer. Third Interview: Live coding with the tech leader.
