The interview process included three rounds of technical interviews:
- One async on Coderpad
- One live coding with an interviewer
- One product-oriented in a sketching app
Afterwards, I got to meet the person leading the team I'd be joining and one of the co-founders.
Overall, it was very well executed and engaging. I gained a good understanding of what I'd be working on.

Pros: Strong ownership with lots of autonomy, moving very quickly, super interesting space (forefront of AI!). Lots of very motivated/smart people
Cons: Fast moving often means stressful/not a 9-5. Expect evening/weekend work. IMO well worth it for the pro's but not for everyone
