Pros: Strong ownership with lots of autonomy, moving very quickly, super interesting space (forefront of AI!). Lots of very motivated/smart people
Cons: Fast moving often means stressful/not a 9-5. Expect evening/weekend work. IMO well worth it for the pro's but not for everyone
