I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months.
Overall not too hard if you've done standard MLE prep. 3/4 of my interviewers were late by 5-15 minutes. No feedback given at the end of process. Seems very dysfunctional.
Biggest red flag was in the behavioral interviews leadership would talk about how they were a "mission-driven company" (they're not, they provide simple automation solutions for landlords) and how they have a culture of "living to work" with C-Suite bragging about working 6-7 days per week implying they would have the same expectation of employees.
If you're looking to work crazy hours for average pay they do seem to have product-market fit so might be a reasonable option but the leadership team seems a bit deranged.
