Third-party recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After the initial phone call (talked about background and the job role), set up an interview with a hiring manager at EliseAI. The HM didn't show up to the (virtual) interview and didn't give any sort of reason; I later found out that he was in a meeting that went overtime. The lack of communication is a red flag.

Scheduled a makeup interview with one of the cofounders, and he was late to the interview. He did email me to let me know that he was running late, though. Didn't hear back from the company or EliseAI recruiter. Had to ask my third-party recruiter if he had heard anything - he found out about my rejection because of an automated status update.

Questions about background, how success was measured for a project, etc.
