I applied online.

Phone screen was good. But during the technical round, the engineer never showed up to the interview on time. First time, I waited for 30 minutes. Never showed up. Later, after reaching out to HR, apparently there was a 'schedule conflict.' Had to reschedule. Honestly, that's fine. Startups are hectic.

Second, rescheduled interview. Never shows up again. Just directly cancels the interview from the meet. After multiple reschedulings, finally grabbed an interview and just had the absolute worst interview experience. Unprofessional and annoyed to be there and just wants to leave as soon as possible. Don't just throw a hard-stop in the midst of conversation. There are many red flags about this company.

Just typical behavioral questions etc.
