The recruiter reached out for an initial call. After two days, we had a 30-minute call.
I received an automated rejection email the next day.
I’m glad we did not proceed to the next step due to the toxic hiring process. I was asked why I have had many job changes (around every two years, not even months) in the past. Why didn’t you check my resume beforehand?
In this way, we both wouldn’t have wasted our time.
Overall, I don’t have a good impression of the company after this experience with the recruiter.
