I talked to a recruiter, then someone who seemed to vet the rest of the process, and then a battery of 3-4 interviews from other people on or adjacent to the team I'd be joining.
Questions
The questions were generally around my philosophy of quality testing, my management style, and how I dealt with difficult situations.
That would be okay, but it seemed like literally every group had the same script and asked the same questions. It was very repetitive.
