Interview Process:

• Phone call
• 1-on-1 meeting
• Take-home technical assessment

The take-home test was extremely easy, but still time-consuming. It took the better part of a day, even for someone who knew what they were doing. I submitted work at a level of quality and robustness that, based on past experience, I would generally expect to warrant a callback.

After several weeks, they responded to the submission with a rejection and no feedback as to why.

I honestly feel this was a waste of my time. You should not require such large time commitments from applicants if you are not willing to provide them feedback from the process.
