Initial Zoom call with recruiter, followed by a Zoom call with the hiring manager.
The recruiter was 10 minutes late to the initial meeting, stating a previous meeting was running late.
The hiring manager was also late and did not seem particularly interested in the call. They seemed to question every answer I gave simply to question it. Over the course of the 30-minute meeting, the manager actively appeared bored and unfocused on our discussion.
After I was able to ask three follow-up questions, the hiring manager exited as quickly as possible without providing any expected outcomes or information on the recruitment process or any possible next steps.
