2. Talented People: There are a lot of talented people that you'll get to work with.
3. Things Move Fast: Don't get stuck overthinking what-ifs; instead, there's a strong bias for building stuff and trying it out.
Cons: 1. Relentless Pace: Fortnite players expect a lot of new stuff every year, so there's seldom time to really catch your breath before you're on to the next challenge.
2. Short Deadlines: VPs can say something publicly that leads to a mountain of work that needs to be delivered in a timeline that necessitates crunch.
