Process

Applied via LinkedIn.

  • 30-minute phone screen with HR.
  • Video conference with two engineers from the team.
  • Take-home coding test, which included two programming questions, one design question, and one puzzle question.

After passing the take-home test (they took a couple of weeks to respond), I had an all-day on-site interview.

I was interviewed by sets of two people for 45 minutes each.

  • There was a break for lunch, which was also part of the interview.
  • Two interview sessions involved whiteboard coding and design tests. These seemed fair and non-adversarial.

The offer came three days after the on-site interview.
