Pros
  • Salary (salary + bonus + stock options)
  • Lots of vacation
  • Nice products
  • Great benefits (hardware, travels, swags)
Cons

Work a lot (10h+/day) Communication sucks; it's all Slack-based, and information does not follow the hierarchy. Wonder how we will get more income in the future with Fortnite's decline. Lack of financial transparency. Lack of HR and Legal transparency.

Advice to Management

Reduce management layers. There are too many mid-managers for a not-so-big company.

Improve communication and improve the skills of managers. There are a lot of managers who have only held one or two jobs in their lives; they lack a lot of experience.
