Multiple workflow tools are used, depending on the team, making it easy to lose track of tasks.
Get better at onboarding people. If it's clear someone is having trouble, please see what you can do to help. Team them up with another analyst if you can't do anything personally. Please do something more than just saying "get better" and leaving them out to dry.
The first round was a video call interview. This was terrible; they canceled the interview 30 minutes before without any reason. I had no idea what happened. They didn't even send an explanation.
