Epic Games Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Screen call on Google Meet. I was uncomfortable that they used Google Meet paired with Gemini and recorded the interview. It also became apparent that the interviewer had no technical background and was simply recording my answers for review later.
Quality Engineer
Initially, it went well; it was a casual discussion. I found it a bit racist. It doesn't make you feel good, but without a technical round, how can you judge someone's ability in only 10 minutes?
