Best place to work, period!
Too many to list, just an amazing company that truly cares about its employees. One example being that their health care is bar none the best in the nation; you will never need to worry about your family's health and safety.
Amazing vacation policies which provide a lot of flexibility and company-wide breaks.
Great compensation, free food, snacks, etc... I have never felt more appreciated at a company.
Very fast-moving company, acquiring a lot of other companies and shifting priorities left and right. Navigating what is important week to week can be chaotic. Sometimes crunch is required.

Epic Games Interview Experiences
Software Developer
The first round was a video call interview. This was terrible; they canceled the interview 30 minutes before without any reason. I had no idea what happened. They didn't even send an explanation.
Software Engineer
The screening consisted of them asking me about my experiences and relevant technical background. This was followed by a technical interview and a meeting with the hiring manager to talk and meet the team.
QA Engineer
The interviewers were friendly, at least. They asked me a few experience and technical questions related to the job responsibilities (code QA). Unfortunately, I was ghosted after three interviews.
