Some teams are less nice, lower pay compared to the US, some people are bored, and you have to interview again for leaping between departments.

Screen call on Google Meet. I was uncomfortable that they used Google Meet paired with Gemini and recorded the interview. It also became apparent that the interviewer had no technical background and was simply recording my answers for review later.
