Process
A series of on-site interviews with technical and non-technical staff. They paid for my flight to Madison, WI, as well as my lodging for the night.
The non-technical interviews were focused mostly on information about the company. There were two technical interviews: one that focused on solving an algorithmic problem, and one that focused on my education and previous work experience. The work experience-related interview was extremely detailed. Be prepared to explain everything about whatever projects you bring up.
