Applied online and got a call with an Integration Engineer who was basically pitching me the position. A couple of days later, I received an invitation to a ProctorU test, which was 3 hours of logic tests and coding problems. The recruiter called and told me the salary was non-negotiable, then flew me out to Madison for a round of onsites. I thought it went pretty well, but then got rejected. Communication after the onsites was very poor.
