I was contacted by a recruiter. Then I had to do a personality test and one phone interview, which the interviewer just asked a couple of questions and then talked about the company for the rest of the call.
Then, I was asked to schedule a skill assessment exam, which was pretty simple. However, you need to use MUMP language to ask some questions.
Tips:
- Learn fractions and percentages for the skill assessment test.
- Practice MUMP language.
Extra: I did not have to do a programming test.
