The overall process is long but very organized and streamlined. The HR department does an amazing job with keeping in touch and moving things along. The onsite interview is a great opportunity to really see what this company is all about. The employees are definitely young and with the dress being casual, it feels like a college campus. Madison itself is a little bit away, but the city seems awesome with tons of restaurants and bike paths, etc. There will be lots of other candidates, and the majority will be new grads applying for their first jobs. Very few candidates are 30+. The majority of the Epic employees you meet will have been there 5 years+. Not sure if this is intentional or not. By the end of the day, there should be no questions on your part that are unanswered.
