Process
Had to take a test first that included logic questions, some programming questions, and math-related questions. The questions were pretty average in difficulty, and none were impossible to solve. I also had a phone interview that was pretty casual and nothing out of the ordinary. I didn't make it to the next interview step and was told this in about two weeks.
