The actual phone interview was very brief – they mainly shared details on the position. Questions covered your resume and why you thought you would be a good fit. Besides the interview, though, you must take a personality test and an IQ-type test. The IQ test is fairly difficult; I think that's what got me. Wish they asked more questions, but it seems they are more concerned with the test results.
