I was contacted by the company to apply. I had to submit a resume and an application.

After the initial review, I was asked to take an online quiz, where I had to log in to a forum, and a person watched me complete the exam.

Once my exam was reviewed, I had a 30-minute phone interview.

The final stage in the process is an on-site interview, which lasts almost the full work day.

Pros: Pay and benefits were good. If you could stay above average on metrics, management was pretty okay to you.

Cons: If you are below average on any metric, you will be told you are "not meeting expectations" and that Epic may not be the place for you. It is frustrating because they encourage you to take on other tasks for the team, but that only takes more time away from testing and makes your metrics suffer. I was not happy working there.
