I learned about Epic through an on-campus job fair and submitted my application at their booth. I received an invite for a phone screen the following day. After that point, I was invited to take three online tests. Shortly after that (within three days or so), I was invited to Epic's campus in Madison for an on-site interview. Epic put me up in a hotel, and I had dinner with an Epic employee, which was very casual—think jeans and a polo, no fancier. The next day, I arrived at Epic's campus and received an itinerary. It was then that I found out my HR rep had paired me with two jobs, so I ended up interviewing for both of them that day, despite only knowing about one. The day started with information sessions about Epic and then smaller chats about the positions. Finally, I had a case study for each of the two roles and an interview with my HR rep. Epic's campus is beautiful, but most people worked in their offices instead of using the really neat public spaces available.
