They basically were only interested in my test scores. They interviewed me, but that seemed to be an afterthought.
Conversation? No thanks, I'll take this number and decide to either hire you, not hire you, or hire you but pay you 10k less.
Also, the entire process was very creepy. Definitely felt like a cult – don't let anything look bad, big brother is watching.
