The interviews were probably as informative for me as they were for Epic. They were very open about the company's culture and the downsides of working for them. That said, the interview process took a very long time, and there were definitely times when I was discouraged before they finally offered me the job. Definitely not a standard interview process, but it was worth it, and it was an accurate reflection of what it's like to work for the company.
The interview questions weren't nearly as difficult as some of the written ones that I took (personality, various skills, etc).
