I submitted my resume online. Afterwards, I got a link to take this long logic test (a proctor is watching you the whole time). I had a phone interview with someone in QA. Then, they flew me out for an onsite. There were 3 rounds of interviews; I felt like they were trying to sell me on the company a little too hard.
